General Policies
Bookings
All bookings include bed and breakfast only. Other services will have an additional cost.
Payment
At the moment of booking, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
Guarantees
In order to to be able to use all the services we have at your disposal, we require that you have a valid credit card during your stay.
Deposit
In case you do not have a valid credit card, it may be necessary to make a deposit to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation
The booking can be canceled, without any cost (with refund of the amount already paid), up to 7 days before the date of the visit.
No refunds are due in the case of cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, or if the guest does not show up on the scheduled check-in day.

Check-in: 15h00 – 20h00
Check-out: 08h00 – 11h00
Breakfast: 07h30 – 10h00 (can be adjusted upon request)

Children
Children up to 2 years old are accommodated for free in their parents’ room using a baby cot (subject to availability).
Pets
Not allowed.
Parking
The Quinta has private parking for customers and guests. We advise you to leave your vehicle closed.
The Quinta is not responsible for damages caused to third parties, thefts or robberies occurred with the vehicles.
Damage caused or missing objects
The Quinta reserves the right to charge any damages that are intentionally caused by the customer.
